- 1 stalk romaine lettuce,chopped
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1 sliced Green bell pepper
- 1 diced tomato
- 1/2 diced cucumber
- 2 Tbsp fat free Caesar dressing
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Chop the romaine lettuce.
- Slice the bell pepper into strips.
- Dice the cucumber and tomato.
- Combine the romaine lettuce, bell pepper, cucumber, tomato, and carrots. Top with salt, pepper, and dressing of choice.
