This salad can be used as a side salad or a meal! You can add whatever vegetables you like to this as well!

stalk
romaine lettuce,chopped

cup
shredded carrots

sliced
Green bell pepper

diced
tomato

diced
cucumber

Tbsp
fat free Caesar dressing
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Chop the romaine lettuce.
Slice the bell pepper into strips.
Dice the cucumber and tomato.
Combine the romaine lettuce, bell pepper, cucumber, tomato, and carrots. Top with salt, pepper, and dressing of choice.
