This delicious and healthy Hawaiian Chicken recipe is make in the crock-pot to save you a lot of time cooking! This chicken recipe is full of flavor and has added vegetables and fruit to give it that Hawaiian taste you are looking for!

I can’t think of anything I love more than sweet and sour chicken or chicken that is sweet and tangy all at the same time. The best sweet and sour chicken I’ve eaten is at PF Chang’s. There is carrots and pineapple plus the deliciousness of the fried chicken topped with sweet and sour sauce.

The downside to all of that is the fried chicken. You really can’t get much worse than fried chicken as far as health and calories go. So I always try to change things up a bit to make it healthier. For this recipe, you’ll still be “pan-frying” with PAM and flouring the chopped chicken in a pan. This will also give the sauce a thickness as it cooks.

Plus you only have to add the ingredients to the crockpot and smell the deliciousness as it cooks.
