This easy crockpot vegetable soup is a meatless and delicious meal that takes 4 hours in the crockpot, which takes the work out of cooking for you!
It has not been a long winter this year – but I was in the mood for some homemade vegetable soup for the boys and me. Soup is good with any meal – especially chicken salad sandwiches. I’m sure many of you know it is SUPER expensive to buy canned soup for a family so I like to try to save money by making things myself. Plus, when I have the chance to cook with my crockpot, I don’t pass it up because there isn’t anything easier than using the crockpot! No work needed. Check out the recipe below so that you can make this at your own home and won’t have to resort to canned soups!

Side note: I rarely use a lot of salt in my food, so while this has 1 tsp of salt, if you are used to using LOTS of salt, you can always adjust that for your tasting. However, being a dietitian, I do not encourage high salt use in recipes!
