- 1 bag frozen spinach thawed
- 8 oz uncooked pasta, shells
- 1 tsp canola oil
- 2 cups skim milk Save 1/2 cup to mix with flour
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
