I love food that has a kick to it and food with flavor. To me, food needs lots of flavor, which veggies add. One of my favorite “spices” to add to food to give it flavor is pico de gallo. Buying it in the store is so darn expensive while making it at home is sooooo much cheaper. So this is my recipe for pico de Gallo. I add it to omelets, chicken salad, and tortilla dishes. It just about goes with everything. Take a look and try it out!

- 5 Tomatoes
- 1/4 Cup fresh cilantro, choppsed
- 2 Tbsp Lime juice
- 1 Tsp salt
