One of the best ways to tone your body is by using a stabilization ball. It is the best thing if you have problems laying on the floor for ab exercises. It is also perfect for you if you if you don’t like doing ab exercises on the floor. This exercise is one of my favorites because it tones your abs, butt, and legs all at once. They also have stabilization balls at practically every gym for you to use. Try adding it to your daily exercise regimen and you’ll soon see the difference in your body and how you feel during ab exercises.
Recommendation: 3 sets of 15 repetitions
To complete this exercise you need a stabilization ball. You need to roll out until right beneath your knees are touching the ball. From there you need to make sure you have your balance because you may fall over if you don’t have your balance. Using your abs and back, pull up so that your butt is in the air and your abs are tight. Hold for 1-2 seconds and then release. Repeat 15 times.
