Best Ab Workout

I am always trying to make my stomach look better. One of my favorite ways to tone my body is by using a stabilization ball. It is the best thing ever, especially if you have problems laying on the floor for ab exercises. I remember back in the day (like 5 years ago) when I discovered the beauty of using one of these. It changed how I exercised completely. My back and body has never felt better. I also HATE doing ab exercises on the floor. I usually only use the stabilization ball for any ab workout. This exercise is one of my favorites because it tones your abs, butt, and legs all at once. I always do this with any workout that I am doing. Try adding it to your daily exercise regimen and you’ll soon see why I love this exercise.

Recommendation: 3 sets of 15 repetitions

To complete this exercise you need a stabilization ball. You need to roll out until right beneath your knees are touching the ball. From there you need to make sure you have your balance because you may fall over if you don’t have your balance. (I’ve done this before. HAHA. It is not pretty!) Using your abs and back, pull up so that your butt is in the air and your abs are tight. Hold for 1-2 seconds and then release. Repeat 15 times.
