Tortellini Spinach Soup

Green bell pepper

fresh spinach

package
5 cheese tortellini pasta

bay leaves

tsp
oregano
1/8
tsp
crushed red pepper
1/2
tsp
dried parsley

cups
Water

cups
skim milk
salt to taste
Instructions
Dice the onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic.
Sautee in the margarine until transparent, about 10 minutes. Do NOT brown.
Add the fresh spinach and cook down for 5 minutes.
Add 6 cups of water. Add in the seasonings: bay leaves, oregano, crushed red pepper, parsley, and salt.
Add the package of tortellini and bring water to a boil.
Boil pasta until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
Lower heat to low-medium and add in the skim milk. Stir and cook another 5 minutes until heated through.
