  1. Cut chicken into cubes. Add taco seasoning to the chicken. Pan sear chicken until completely cooked through.
  2. Rinse off squash. Use spiralizer to make the “noodles.”
  3. Add the “noodles,” corn, black beans, and tomatoes into pot with seasonings.
  4. Add in the can of water. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Add cooked chicken to pot. Cook an additional 5-10 minutes.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
