Homemade Pecan Butter
This recipe uses fresh pecans and blends them to made fresh pecan butter with salt and cinnamon.

fresh pecans

salt

ground cinnamon
Instructions
Roast pecans in pan on stove for 5 minutes and let them cool down for 2-3 minutes.
Put the pecans in a food processor and blend. This process takes around 30-40 minutes to get to a smooth consistency.
Once you have reached a smooth consistency, add the tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon.
Store in the fridge in a container with a lid.
