Instructions
  1. Defrost the salmon under cold running water. While the fish is defrosting, make the sauce for the salmon. Mix together the teriyaki sauce, hot sauce, and brown sugar in a bowl until combined.
  2. Add the salmon fillets to the sauce and cover each piece of fish with the sauce. Let marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes to let the fillets absorb the sauce.
  3. After the fillets have been marinating for 15 minutes, preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Once the fillets have finished marinating, place inside foil. Top with remaining sauce. Seal the foil around the fillets tightly.
  4. Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. While the salmon is baking, make the mango topping. Peel and dice the mango into tiny pieces. Add the brown sugar, water, and honey to pot and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. Set to the side until the salmon is done cooking.
  6. Once the salmon is done baking, take out of oven and sprinkle with parsley flakes. Top with the mango topping and add the extra sauce from the foil on top of the salmon fillets. Your salmon is done. Enjoy!
