  1. Cut chicken breast into slices.
  2. Coat the slices of chicken in flour.
  3. Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Spray pan with PAM. Let the chicken cook roughly 1-2 minutes on each side. Set aside once browned.
  4. Mix the brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and juice from the can of pineapples together. Stir until combined.
  5. Pour carrots and pineapple in bottom of crockpot. Layer the chicken on top and pour the sauce on top.
  6. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
  7. Serve by itself or over rice. Enjoy!
