This recipe is sweet and savory and is just as quick to make as a frozen stir-fry you get in the frozen section, but better! You don’t need many ingredients, in fact, it’s only 6 ingredients including the rice you serve it over!

Shrimp Stir-fry
This is a quick and easy recipe that uses frozen peppers and onions and only takes 20 minutes to cook. It has a sweet and savory flavor because of the cooking wine and soy sauce. Give it a try!

Instructions
  1. Heat 1 tsp of oil on stove top.
  2. Simmer frozen bag of onions and peppers in preheated oil. Let cook about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp are pink in color.
  4. Add 1-2 Tbsp soy sauce. Stir.
  5. Add 1/4 cup cooking white wine. Add 1 tsp garlic powder. Stir.
  6. Let simmer 10-15 minutes.
  7. Serve over rice and enjoy!
