Honey Roasted Brussels Sprouts
This recipe will make you change your mind about brussels sprouts! It is sweet and crispy, with no bitterness that is typical of brussels sprouts.
fresh brussels sprouts
red pepper, crushed
salt to taste
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Wash brussels sprouts and cut in half and then cut the end off of each brussels sprout.
Mix together the honey, olive oil, coriander, and crushed red pepper.
Put brussels sprouts in the honey sauce and coat them evenly with the sauce.
Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Evenly spread the halved brussels sprouts on the baking sheet. Sprinkle the top with salt and then place in the oven.
Bake for 15 minutes and serve!
