Homemade Pecan Butter
This recipe uses fresh pecans and blends them to made fresh pecan butter with salt and cinnamon.

  1. Roast pecans in pan on stove for 5 minutes and let them cool down for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Put the pecans in a food processor and blend. This process takes around 30-40 minutes to get to a smooth consistency.
  3. Once you have reached a smooth consistency, add the tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon.
  4. Store in the fridge in a container with a lid.
