  1. Bring water to a boil and add the grits and salt the pot. Stir and lower heat to medium and cook for 5 minutes or until done.
Cajun Shrimp Sauce
  1. Heat olive oil, minced garlic, onion powder, and seafood magic seasoning in a pan.
  2. Once the oil and seasonings have been heated, add the shrimp and cook until pink.
  3. Add the moscato and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Add the milk and simmer on low-medium heat for 10 minutes.
  5. Mix 1 tsp corn starch with cold water until smooth and add to the sauce. Cook another 5 minutes until sauce is thick.
  6. Serve the sauce over grits and enjoy!
